Smith App Studio opens its full consumer lineup to the public and asks early testers for the one thing it can’t build itself: honest feedback.
Smith App Studio today opened nine of its applications to public beta, inviting anyone to use them in full while the studio finishes polishing the edges. Every tester gets a thank-you: 50% off, redeemable now through September 24, 2026.
“These are big, detailed products, and detailed products have bugs,” the studio said in announcing the program. “We would rather say that out loud, hand people a real discount for their patience, and fix what they find — than pretend everything is perfect and lose them quietly.”
Every app now shows a short beta notice on first visit and carries a one-click Report an issue page. Reports route straight to the studio’s support desk at smithappsupport@gmail.com, and beta reports are worked first.
Beta here does not mean a demo. The apps are live, the paid plans work, and the studio is shipping fixes weekly rather than quarterly. Accounts, saved work and purchases all carry straight through when the beta period ends — the only thing with an expiry date is the discount.

The best products are never built alone — they are built together.
