Meet Smith App Studio: Apps That Help at Every Stage of Life

One studio, a family of focused apps, and a single promise — technology with a human heart. Here's the whole lineup, and where to start.

Meet Smith App Studio: Apps That Help at Every Stage of Life

Smith App Studio is an independent software studio, founded by physician Dr. Maasi J. Smith, that builds a family of small, focused apps designed to help people through real-life challenges — from caregiving and co-parenting to digital ownership, career growth and everyday support.

Software should make hard moments easier, not busier

Most apps are built to capture your attention. Smith App Studio was built to give you your time back. Our whole philosophy fits in our tagline: apps that help — at every stage of life. No dark patterns, no attention traps, no upsell mazes — just clear tools that do what they say and then get out of your way.

One studio, help for every chapter

Life doesn't come in neat categories, and neither do our apps. Whatever you're navigating right now, there's probably a tool for it:

Caring for an aging parent? FamilyCare.Help keeps your whole family coordinated on medications, appointments and caregiving duties.
Sharing custody after a split? CoParent.Help makes peaceful co-parenting simple with shared calendars and clear records.
Building something online? Nexaria Digital lets you own, list, rent and monetize digital assets across the Web3 world.
Just want someone to talk to? Zari is a voice-first AI companion that actually remembers you.

That's four life situations, four purpose-built tools — and there are more, from professional AI headshots to identity protection to test preparation. You can browse them all on the studio homepage.

Why "help" is in every name

We put .Help in most of our app names on purpose. It's a standard we hold ourselves to: if an app doesn't measurably reduce someone's stress, it doesn't ship. That discipline is why we build small apps that each do one thing well rather than one bloated platform that tries to do everything and respects nothing.

Built by a physician, built with our users

The studio was founded by Dr. Maasi J. Smith, a practicing physician who kept seeing the same thing — people overwhelmed at life's hardest moments and underserved by clunky, impersonal technology. So we build the opposite. Right now, nine of our apps are in public beta, and we're asking the people who use them to shape what comes next; testers get 50% off with code BETA50 through September 24.

Over the coming issues of The Help Desk, we'll take you inside the studio one theme at a time: caregiving and family, owning your digital life, leveling up your career, and the everyday tools that quietly make life smoother. Start by finding the one app that fits your life today at smithappstudio.com — then tell us what would help you next.
